Jodi O’Malley, MSN, RN is an actively practicing ER nurse, educator, media host, and motivational keynote speaker whose work centers on faith, moral courage, and ethical leadership. Her nursing career includes leadership roles as a House Supervisor, Preceptor, and Charge Nurse, with clinical experience across ICU, ER, Pre-Op, PACU, Detox & Recovery, Chemotherapy, and Pain Management—giving her a grounded, patient-centered view of what happens when pressure, policy, and fear collide.
